ANZ (AU) Launch Redesigned Digital Banking Channels


ANZ (AU) has this weekend launched their newly designed mobile and desktop web digital banking channels, and they mark a significant shift from the previously text-heavy design.

Colour and imagery are now ever present in the form of a mountainous vista on the footer of the account summary screen, card images for all of the customer's accounts and the introduction of new logos for functions and features pages - including for transfers and payments as shown below.

On first login, the customer is met with a introduction screen, and a brief walk through, which looks quite similar to the screen that was promoting the pending change to the channels just a week or two ago (see first and second screenshots below).

We look forward to thoroughly auditing these new channels in our next round of Cumulus audits (email us today to ensure you can access them as soon as they are available), and eagerly anticipate the arrival of the new iOS mobile app which we were unable to access today when we searched the app store.
