Bank Australia promotes itself as a 'responsible' banking services provider, and the latest edition of its customer email newsletter seeks to drive that point home with two environment related stories - the first covering the topic of renewable energy, and the second, a message of support in relation to the current climate change conference in Paris, COP21.
The newsletter also provides a link to the results of votes held at the bank's much heralded AGM, which occurred in late November, as well as a story on the strength of the mutual (or co-operative) banking sector in Australia.
As is common with all Bank Australia correspondence, the bank also takes the opportunity to promote its social media channels, general banking enquiries telephone number and a link to unsubscribe from future newsletters, in the email footer.
