Westpac (NZ) Offer Savings Boost, Want Customer Feedback


iSky Research have long seen Westpac (NZ) as one of the more innovative banks in terms of digital banking development and #fintech.

With Westpac One, they have created a digital banking omni-channel experience that allows the customer to switch between the bank's digital offerings and encounter very similar - near identical experiences on each (with the exception of the older desktop web channel which the bank continues to offer during its phased introduction and expansion of Westpac One).

Continuing this innovative theme the bank also makes good use of its email alerts, notifications and sales messages. With a solid use of colour and space, the bank today notified iSky Research of the savings rate on offer with its Online Bonus Saver PIE account.

However, what we found to be most innovative was the embedded use an Any Feedback clickable link, which takes the customer to an online survey offered by the bank. Follow the link below to access the survey:

The bank also uses the footer of the email to clearly identify to the customer ways for them to manage their correspondence options, as well as offering links to further product information.
